About the Role / Core Competencies
• Design E- Learning and training curriculum to meet the needs and goals of the audience.
• Develop instructional materials such as lesson plans, handouts and assessments and adapt instructional contents or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners.
• Facilitate training contents, both in – person and remote, as needed.
• Excellent problem-solver with ability to write and communicate in English.
• The solutions should be broken down into small, well-illustrated, and simple steps for a better understanding of the students. Solving problems in adherence to the given guidelines and compliance with strict quality measures would be paramount the expert was expected to adhere to the predefined timeline.
• Content development for schools/college textbooks and assessments.
• Analyze and research Teaching exam patterns, type of questions, and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
• Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses.
• We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has strong subject knowledge of English Literature for all teaching exams and who is self-driven, creative, and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
Mandatory requirements which we are looking for: -
• Looking for Subject matter expert.
• Candidates must be from a teaching background.
• Candidates must be comfortable with Literature.
• Looking for sincere & stable candidates, who are looking for a career in SME domain leading to Literature Teacher.
• Excellent command on English (Verbal and written)
Responsibilities
• Organize classroom lectures and coursework
• Prepare materials and activities
• Assign homework and interesting exercises
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
• Determine exam and assignment grades
• Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
• Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades
• Research new language teaching methods
• Inform parents about their children’s performance
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
• Previous experience as an English teacher
• Knowledge of various teaching methods
• Deep understanding of the international curriculum and English language requirements
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• A patient and resilient personality
• Dedication to students and education
• BSc/BA in English Language or English Literature; Masters or B.Ed. is a plus.
