Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
- Assist with audits and other financial investigations
- Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed
-Manage accounts payable and receivable processes US tax regulations, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
Must Have : “Quick Book( Online/Desktop)”, “Xero”, “Wave”, “Digita”, “Zoho”, “Buildium”, “ACS”, “Quicken” etc.
Mandatory: Must have experience in international accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
