- 1. Listing the outlets.
- 3. Preparation of route plan and cover the route as per plan.
- 4. Manage productivity and per dealer sales per day as per company norms.
- 5. Managing the outlets - Goal setting, making effective product presentation by explaining quality, price, margin, creating demand though product attributes, benefits and sales promotions to achieving sales numbers and goals.
- 6. Conducting promotion activities.
- 7. Managing coverage as per DRCP.
- 8. Coordination and cooperatively working with distributor and daily sales reporting to company.
