Job Description: Relationship Manager
1. Customer handling after getting the leads and Interacting with HNI clients on phone calls. Also, if
required arrange office meetings with clients for the better understanding.
2. Maintaining Clients details on MIS and analyzing the financial details of Clients.
3. Consulting the clients with best available financial instruments.
4. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company's product and services.
5. Handling customers escalation if any appears.
6. As We have tie up with 11+ banks so coordinating with Bank Branch Managers and other financial advisors.
7. Keeping track of daily activities and updating in CRM portal.
8. Maintaining clients financial documents.
9. Getting updates from Bank news portals regarding any changes in RBI and banking guidelines.
10.Interaction with Clients and bankers till their payment disbursement.
11.Keeping yourself updated in terms of the current bank policy norms.
12.Maintaining existing client relation and building with the new once.
13.Answering customers queries and resolving their doubts.
14.Keeping a tract of the clients of existing loan process.
15.Representing the different bank's and NBFC and convey policies of the same to the clients.
16.Acting as a bridge between the customers and bank.
