For Business Development Executive and US IT Recruiter.
Roles and Responsibilities
You would be dealing with US client and vendors.
Co-ordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities.
Placing candidates in their desired field.
Dealing with candidates and their placement in companies.
Sourcing candidates through various portals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Organisational skills.
Self – motivated.

For Fresher
Annual CTC: 2.36 LPA
19700/- month
As per Govt. PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) will be deducted.
In-hand – 15900/- month + Incentives
You’ll get hike after every 6 months in your current CTC.
Monthly Incentives and recurring incentives are provided along with your salary.
