Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital platforms to drive sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients through various digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

Research and analyze market trends to develop effective lead generation strategies.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.

Understand clients' needs and objectives to tailor digital solutions that meet their business goals.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Presentations and Consultation:

Conduct sales presentations to showcase our digital products and services.

Consult with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in digital sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
